Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Leatherbay. We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the date of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange (minus shipping). There is a no restocking fee on the returned merchandise in original packaging.  If you return any item(s) from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.

A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) is required to return product(s). Leatherbay is proud to offer a fully automated online return process. To return an item, simply click on "My account" where you can see all the orders you have placed with us. Click the order from which you want to return item(s) and then select the item(s) you want to return. You will be provided with a RMA number which you can use to track the status of your return online.

Sometimes the pictures in the website don’t accurately represent the size of the product. The main reason for return is the size of the product is either bigger or smaller than the customer had thought. Please pay close attention to the dimensions mentioned in each product.
